At Her Majesty's Theatre, we are committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy our performances in a comfortable and accessible environment. The foyers of Her Majesty’s are accessible to all at street level. There is access to the stalls for all those with ambulatory disabilities via the passenger lift.

There are 10 (ten) seating positions in the stalls for patrons in wheelchairs and include seats to cater for Carers and Companions. These are located in Stalls Row D seats 1-3 and 27-29; Row E seats 1-2 and 29-30; Row F seats 1 and 27; Row J seats 1 & 26; Row P seats 27-29 and Row T (all positions).  In addition, there are Transfer Arms fitted to seats G 1 & 30 and N 1 & 30 allowing patrons using mobility aids to comfortably sit in a seat at the end of a row.

Access to the Dress Circle, Long Room Bar and Balcony is via stairs only with no accessible seating positions available in the Dress Circle or Balcony.

The Dress Circle and parts of the Stalls are fitted with a Hearing Loop.  To take advantage of the Loop, please confirm available seats with the Box Office by calling 03 5333 5888.

Auslan interpreted performances
Certain shows and events have Auslan Interpreted Performances, these will be clearly marked in the additional details on the event page.
Wheelchair and mobility access

Automated Doors: Open and close with the push of a button, making entry and exit effortless.

Spacious Layout
: Ample space for maneuvering wheelchairs and other mobility aids.

Grab Bars: Strategically placed for added support and safety.

Lowered Fixtures: Sinks, mirrors, and hand dryers are positioned at accessible heights.
Parking
Parking at Her Majesty’s is mostly on street in Lydiard Street, Dana Street, Sturt Street and Armstrong Street.

There is some parking available in Lewis Street and Albert Street to the rear of the building.

During business hours (9am to 5.30pm) weekdays and Saturdays on-street parking is metered, and on Sundays no payment is required but time limits apply.

For daytime shows parking is available in the Central Square Multi Storey Carpark on the corner of Dana Street and Doveton Street South. Fees for parking apply for stays over 2 hours. 

Opening hours of the multi-storey are:
Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 7.00pm
Friday 6.30am to 10.00pm
Saturday 7.30am to 7.00pm
Sunday 10.00am to 7.00pm

Parking can also be found at the supermarket carpark on Little Bridge Street. Time limits apply during business hours.
